About Our Volunteers

Each season Liberty Pop Warner has over 100 rostered coaches and volunteers. Head and assistant coaches are trained to offer the best and safest programs for you and your children. In addition, we conduct annual background checks of: Coaches, Board of Directors members, and all rostered team volunteers.

 

Pop Warner has also established a leadership role in youth football and cheer by requiring all head coaches and at least one assistant per team to complete a coaching education course. The deadline for coaches to complete this year's course is August 1. We also require re-training every three years, so coaches who passed the course in 2011 are required to take the course again for this season.
