• High School Partnership - Liberty Public Schools support our program by poviding game and practice field space and hosting coaching clinics put on by each high school's varsity coaching staff. Both schools are committed to our program and participants as they are the future for the Liberty Blue Jays and Liberty North Eagles.

• Age-Weight Structure – Kids compete with kids of similar age and size. We set and enforce a strict Age & Weight Matrix that reduces the risk and reality of injuries.

• Volunteers & Coaches – Our coaches are trained to offer the best and safest programs for you and your children with coaching certification course requirements, including a partnership with USA Football, with all coaches trained and certified through their Heads Up program.

• No Cutting of Players! – Every child who registers will be placed on a team if open roster spots are available.

• Mandatory Play Requirement – Everyone participates under mandatory rules of play, so every child is guaranteed to play a minimum of 8 plays per game. With this requirement, coaches must spend time developing the skills of every player on the team, not just a select few.

• Coaches and Adult Codes of Conduct – All coaches, football and spirit participants must abide by a Code of Conduct which includes several provisions. If any of these rules are broken, the League and/or Association shall have the authority to impose a penalty

• Background Checks – Liberty Pop Warner annually conducts a background check of Coaches, Board of Directors members and any other rostered volunteers who provide regular service and/or have repetitive access to, or contact with, players and/or spirit participants. The purpose of these background checks is, first and foremost, to protect the children.

• Safety, Safety, Safety! – Kids compete with kids of similar age and size. Pop Warner is the ONLY youth football program that sets and enforces a strict AGE & WEIGHT MATRIX that reduces the risk and reality of injuries. • Concussion Prevention & Awareness – In addition to its more stringent return to play concussion rules, which have been in place since the 2010 season, Pop Warner recently announced the formation of the inaugural Pop Warner Medical Advisory Board. The Medical Advisory Board was created to ensure Pop Warner remains proactive on all medical issues that affect youth sports, particularly football and cheerleading, with a primary focus on prevention and proper identification and treatment of concussions, hydration awareness, proper nutrition guidelines, and general health and safety issues.

• National Rule Book – Each Pop Warner Region, League and Association receive free National rule books for their organizations.

• Programs in 42 States & 7 Countries – Pop Warner has active programs in 42 states and 7 different countries.

• Regional & National Scholar Banquets – Pop Warner hosts an awards program each year to celebrate the accomplishments of our participants. Each year there is a regional banquet held in the Chicago area and a national banquet that changes venues.
